Awards Success at The Grocer New Product and Packaging Awards 2025!

We’re thrilled to share that 13 products from The Compleat Food Group brands were recognised at this year’s prestigious awards, with four of them crowned Champion!

This incredible achievement reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and creating products that truly excite and delight consumers.

Celebrating our champions

While all our winners deserve applause, we’re especially proud of our four champions, each earning glowing feedback from the judges.

The Vadasz Kimchi Shot, named champion in the Juices & Smoothies category, was praised for its “bold, punchy flavour” bound to appeal to kimchi fans and “offering something very different in the functional beverage space”.

The Vadasz Smacked Cucumbers, named champion in the Condiments category, was found to be “absolutely delicious” with a “superb balance between the gentle heat of chilli and the tangy, refreshing pickle”, concluding “This is a clever and delightful product that delivers across all key areas – flavour, texture, aroma, and visual appeal. It’s a great example of how smart design and thoughtful execution can create something truly special.”

Pork Farms Mini Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, named champion in the Food on the Go category, was described as “a truly delightful find”. Judges said: “From the first bite, it’s clear that it’s a high-quality, hand-raised product, boasting genuine PGI credentials and a rustic charm that sets it apart from mass-produced alternatives. The taste and aroma are rich and savoury, with a well-balanced flavour profile that finishes with a gentle, peppery warmth. It’s also fantastic value for money, making it an accessible treat for everyday enjoyment.”

And finally, The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co 2 Christmas Tree Yorkshire Puddings were named as champion in the Seasonal category. Judges said: “This is a traditional yet innovative Christmas product. The smell and taste are appealing, and the ingredients list is impressive, giving the product a premium feel.”
