We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Support Coordinator to join our warehouse and packing team in Redhill. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day handling, date coding, picking, packing, and dispatch of chilled and frozen products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and warehouse operations.

Shift Pattern:  Monday to Friday Office Hours 7.30 – 4.30

What You’ll Be Doing

The successful candidate will work closely with the Supply Team and Warehouse Manager to support the movement of stock from frozen to chilled environments and ensure products are accurately prepared and dispatched to customers and third-party logistics providers.

  • Liaise with the Supply Team regarding required defrost stock.
  • Use Cloudsuite (M3) to pick, pack, and dispatch products.
  • Work as part of the packing team to date code products from frozen to chilled stock for onward dispatch.
  • Apply outer case labels and pallet labels accurately.
  • Remove retail packs from outer cases and load onto conveyor systems.
  • Retrieve retail packs after date coding and repack into outer cases.
  • Re-seal outer cases and stack pallets in the correct configuration.
  • Wrap pallets securely and apply depot tape.
  • Assist with frozen and chilled product receipting.
  • Construct outer cases as required.
  • Assist with date code checks and product temperature checks.
  • Ensure compliance with all BRC standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Follow all Food Safety policies and procedures relating to the handling of food products.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures.
  • Use all appropriate PPE whilst working in warehouse and packing areas.
  • Follow mechanical handling equipment procedures once trained.
  • Participate in regular cleaning and tidying of the packing room and warehouse to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support depot stock takes when required.
  • Carry out additional duties appropriate to the role as requested by management.
  • Maintain a smart and professional appearance, ensuring company-issued clothing is clean and tidy.

What we’re looking for

  • Good verbal English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
  • Experience using M3 / Cloudsuite systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements.
  • Manual handling experience essential.
  • MHE/Bendi licence preferred.
  • Experience supporting or motivating teams is advantageous.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
