Stock Control Team Manager 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Stock Control Team Manager to join our brilliant Reconciliation Team!

Based at our manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, you will be responsible day-to-day management of factory stocks to ensure these are maintained at the correct level.

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

 Salary: £33,900 per annum.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Manage formal quarterly stock takes, escalating any concerns
  • Reconcile and balance off weekly site stocks
  • Create material variance reports
  • Manage the reconciliation team including regular individual and team performance reviews
  • Review and challenge Purchase Orders (PO’s) and debit notes
  • Create and manage transport and non-stock PO’s
  • Near Miss Reporting
  • Support site training and work with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate and encourage site Health and Safety

Experience:

  • Stock control/inventory management experience (essential)
  • Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Good English and Maths ability
  • Basic HACCP awareness
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
