We’re looking for a detail-focused and highly organised Reward Specialist to join our growing HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR, payroll or benefits administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in ensuring our reward and benefits offering runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As Reward Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of our employee benefits and reward programmes.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy and consistency across all reward processes.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to keep everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Administration & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits
  • Coordinate salary sacrifice schemes (tracking, approvals, payroll updates)
  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries
  • Maintain accurate records across HR systems and provider platforms
  • Track and report on benefits data, participation and costs

Financial & Process Support

  • Raise purchase orders and track benefit-related spend
  • Manage invoices, contracts and documentation
  • Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments

Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers
  • Ensure smooth and accurate delivery of all benefits processes
  • Escalate any risks or issues where needed

Support Key HR Cycles

  • Assist with annual processes such as:
    • Salary reviews and bonus cycles
    • Pension re-enrolment
    • Benefits renewals
    • Gender Pay Gap reporting
    • P11D and benefits-in-kind administration

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support reward projects and system/process improvements
  • Help maintain clear documentation and audit trails
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in HR, reward, payroll or benefits administration
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and Excel
  • Confident coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable and focused on delivering high-quality work

Desirable experience includes salary sacrifice schemes, pensions, P11Ds or supporting annual reward cycles.
