Procurement Manager (Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager/Buyer with experience within the Engineering sector. This role is perfect for someone who not only has a passion for everything Procurement, but also has a love for food too!

We are looking to add an additional member to our team, reporting into our Head of Indirect Procurement. Ideally located from our Poole Site, however other locations may be considered. This is a hybrid role with a mix of multi-site and home working. 

Within this role you will be managing, negotiating, and supporting the Supply Chain teams across the group for their Engineering requirements along with responsibility for optimising the group indirect spend, along with some other areas of Indirect procurement.

Channeling the spend through preferred suppliers, standardising ways of working across a multi-site business. It will provide exposure across the group and at all levels including regular Exec level updates. 

The operational benefits of identifying and optimising our supply base whilst maintaining supply chain function objectives will be a key factor in driving the growth ambitions of The Compleat Food Group.

In return:

Salary £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (DOE)
