New Product Development Project Manager

We're super excited to share an amazing opportunity with you! We're on the lookout for a talented New Product Development Project Manager to join our team.

 

If you've got solid experience in managing NPD projects in the fast-paced world of FMCG, we'd absolutely love to hear from you!

 

This is a very flexible, autonomous role where you get to manage your own diary and workload. There is also the perk of traveling around the UK and EU, with some overnight stays thrown in for good measure.

Working Hours:

Your core working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, but due to the nature of this role, you may be starting earlier / finishing later, which is why we offer flexibility (another perk to this role!)

 

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Ensuring the Compleat Food Group’s Product Launch Process is followed effectively to deliver timely development of new and existing products in line with The Compleat Food Group’s strategy
  • Lead, drive & take ownership of the cross category critical paths
  • Understand and seek out information from cross functional teams to create robust critical paths from the very outset of projects
  • Oversee the end-to-end critical paths, seeking out updates from colleagues and providing visibility of exceptions as early as possible
  • Escalating issues as soon as possible and where possible identifying and proposing potential solutions
  • Where required, updating NPD trackers and compiling product development progress reports
  • There will be some end-to end full ownership from concept to launch of product development projects
  • Ad hoc PMO duties and projects
