Job Description: As a Line Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production line equipment efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards.
• Work with raw meat and ingredients, following stringent hygiene practices to prevent contamination.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) to uphold food safety and quality standards.
• Lift and handle ingredients and finished products, weighing up to 25kg, with care and attention to safety.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.
• Uphold a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, actively contributing to raising the bar in production standards.
• Adhere to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 6am-6pm

Requirements:

• Good written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced factory environment, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift and handle weights up to 25kg safely.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining production line equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of critical control points (CCPs) and food safety regulations is preferred.
• Understanding of good warehouse operative practises
• Familiarity of FMCG and Supply chain would be useful
• (Forklift operator would be desirable)
