We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join our team in Nottingham.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR systems, including UKG Ready and ADP. You will play a key part in ensuring system performance, data accuracy, security, and reliability, while supporting payroll operations, HR processes, and users across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering efficient system solutions, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and providing exceptional support to stakeholders. Working Hours:

This is a site based role with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and an early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays, who doesn’t love that?

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Learn and understand the configuration of UKG Ready (if not already known)
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR system queries from HR, Payroll, and line managers.
  • Work with sites to understand and analyse requirements to continually improve, enhance and manage the use of our UKG Ready system.
  • Support and train users in effective use of systems. This could be directing to online resources or training users to avoid duplicate requests for support.
  • Ensure alignment of HRIS data in terms of organisation structure, managers etc. across our systems  
  • Complete systems password resets, access control queries etc
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting (E.g. overtime, holiday usage, working time directive breaches)
  • Support with coordination and maintenance of additional HR systems (Cornerstone, WorkPro etc).
  • Ability to travel when required to support projects when required. Coordinate system integrations and interfaces (e.g. HRIS to payroll, time & attendance, identity/access, reporting) by capturing requirements, supporting testing and working with IT on cutover and support.
  • Complete post-implementation reviews (lessons learned, benefits tracking, user feedback) and agree improvements to ways of working for future releases and deployments.
  • Support analytics and digital capability rollouts by helping define use cases, preparing data and reporting, coordinating user training, and following agreed governance for privacy, security and acceptable use.
