HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC
Poole | Part-Time (20 hours per week) | £30,000 FTE (£15,250)
Join The Compleat Food Group as an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our busy manufacturing site in Poole. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll play a key part in delivering day-to-day HR support, managing employee relations, and helping to create a positive and compliant workplace.
About the Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to contact for managers and employees, providing practical HR guidance and support across a range of people matters. This is a fast-paced, operational environment, so being visible, proactive, and organised is key.
