Group Technical Systems Coordinator
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Technical Systems Coordinator to join our technical team in Nottingham.

Location: Tottle Bakery, Nottingham
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm & Friday: 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Purpose
To support and coordinate technical activities across the group, maintaining group technical and supplier databases and ensuring consistency and accuracy of data at a group level.
Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Coordinating retailer and group reports, slides and other request
- Issuing out Supplier Approval Questionnaires and making sure they are returned within required timescales with all requested information
- Managing supplier traceability challenges as required
- Making sure chemical testing certificates are up to date (Compleat Food Group and suppliers)
- Keeping supplier GFSI certification details and Supplier Questionnaires up to date
- Ensuring all databases are maintained and updated (Supplier Non-conformance database, Horizon Scanning tracker).
- Document control and management of group technical document templates e.g. SAQ’s and Specifications
- Providing administrative assistance to members of the department and the site technical teams
- Coordinating technical meetings (scheduling dates, booking rooms, food etc)
- Renewing external memberships –e.g. Fera, FSA, CFA, Campden
- Supporting Group Head of Compliance and Technical Supply Chain manager in day-to-day technical activities
- Maintain technical platforms such as Authenticate and Point 74
- Track M&S Global GAP certification compliance
- Coordinate vegan/vegetarian risk assessments and documentation
- Be part of the Group Horizon scanning team
- Collate monthly newsletter showcasing technical performance across all sites including outsourced and farm assurance
- Responsible for Authenticate raw material supply chain mapping back to source for all raw material.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of MS Office systems such as Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own and prioritise efficiently
- “Can do” attitude
- Experience in chilled food industry and basic knowledge of the food safety and processing methods (desirable)
- Level 2 HACCP Qualification ( desirable)
