Our Technical Department is the heart of product integrity, ensuring everything we make is safe, high‑quality and fully compliant. The team plays a vital role across the entire supply chain, protecting raw material standards, managing supplier assurance, maintaining accurate technical documentation, and partnering with production teams to uphold consistent manufacturing excellence. Our Technical team ensures our products not only meet expectations but consistently deliver on their promise. Their work forms the foundation of our reputation, ensuring every product is safe, legally compliant and produced to exact specification.

What is IGNITE?

IGNITE is our Graduate Leadership Programme, created to develop our next generation of future‑focused leaders. This isn’t a scheme where you simply “learn the basics” it’s the start of a progressive, impactful career.

As one of our Graduates, you’ll grow your skills in your chosen function and get stuck into real projects, real challenges and real responsibility from day one. You can expect:

•             Rotational placements where you will experience placements across our different Technical pillars to help you build a broad skill set. Your first placement will be based within Nottingham.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our programme welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, whether you’re a recent graduate or have recently completed a relevant degree level apprenticeship. If you're curious, driven and excited about shaping the future of food, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for:

•             A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Food, Nutrition, Bio Science including microbiology or related or related field.

•             Full commitment to the scheme including continuing your professional qualification.

•             Strong communication skills, articulate and confident in presenting ideas and information to all levels.

•             Integrity: Somebody who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.

•             A team player with a strong collaborative mindset, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn, grow and have fun whilst doing it.

•             A flexible approach to work as our programme will see you work across a number of our UK locations both day to day and for fixed periods, which could include placements at any of our UK manufacturing sites.

•             A full UK Driving Licence
