What You’ll Be Doing

As Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with commercial, brand, and development teams to influence strategic decisions and maximise profitability
• Managing customer pricing models and overseeing inflation/deflation analysis to assess financial impact
• Leading portfolio analysis and contributing to wider business reviews
• Preparing brand-level P&Ls and taking an active role in monthly business unit reviews
• Owning balance sheet reconciliations for long- and short-term discounts, ensuring audit trail and control
• Supporting the delivery of annual budgets, demand reforecasts, and commercial planning cycles
• Providing robust financial challenge and support across multiple business scenarios

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially focused finance professional who is:

• Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferred)
• Experienced in business partnering in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Inquisitive and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvement
• Organised, resilient and adaptable to change

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
• Hybrid working available
