Location: Nottingham, NG2 1LU (hybrid working)

Working Hours: Monday- Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

What you will be doing:

• Providing career guidance and advice to employees and early careers cohorts, supporting career conversations.
• Support the design and delivery of career development initiatives, tools, and resources aligned with business needs.
• Promote career and early careers opportunities through workshop delivery, briefings and events, driving awareness and engagement.
• Ensure effective delivery of early careers programmes through ongoing development and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of career development practices, labour market trends, and best practice in early careers.
• Collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of career initiatives, using insights to inform improvements
• Lead the attraction and recruitment of early talent, including apprentices, graduates, and interns.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as schools, colleges, and universities to support talent pipelines.

Who we’re looking for:

• People development experience e.g. coaching, training, L&D
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering guidance and facilitating sessions.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for career development.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle (essential)
