Shift Pattern:  18:00 – 06:00 4on 4off

Location: Unit 4, Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Woodlands Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 0BF

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Ancillary Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all communal areas—from offices and canteens to bathrooms and reception—are spotless, safe, and fully stocked. Your work will directly support a clean, efficient, and compliant factory environment.

  • Carrying out daily cleaning tasks in line with health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Deep cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces (including hoovering, dusting, and polishing)
  • Managing general housekeeping duties such as waste disposal and recycling
  • Keeping floors clean and debris-free through sweeping and mopping
  • Maintaining bathroom and toilet facilities, including replenishing soap, paper towels, and other essentials
  • Handling cleaning chemicals safely and reporting any spillages promptly
  • Completing cleaning records accurately and efficiently
  • Following all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Supporting team members, including helping to onboard new starters
  • Continuously looking for safer, smarter, and more efficient ways to work

What we’re looking for

  • Food Safety Level 2 & Health and Safety Level 2 (preferred)
  • COSHH awareness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good level of English
