To build on this success, and recognising consumer demand for greater variety, Vadasz is launching its Hot & Chunky Kimchi – an innovative, market-first product set to drive further category growth.
The latest launch is designed for kimchi aficionados who crave authentic flavours, crunchier textures, and a more intense kick. The Hot & Chunky Kimchi is made with daikon radish – a mildly sweet, crisp Asian radish that adds a satisfying bite and a naturally chunkier texture. The recipe also packs in extra red jalapeno chilli for added heat, making it a great choice for those who love their kimchi super spicy.
Crafted from 100% plant-based ingredients, the recipe also includes Chinese leaf cabbage, carrots, spring onion, sea salt, fresh ginger, apple, and garlic. All the ingredients are naturally fermented at Vadasz’s fermentary in Clitheroe, to produce a live-cultured, probiotic-rich kimchi that supports gut health.
