From its humble beginnings 13 years ago, when Nick Vadasz set up a food stall at an East London food market, to becoming the UK’s number one brand in chilled pickles and ferments, Vadasz’s journey has been incredible, and we’re extremely proud to announce that it has reached over £10m annual retail sales.
This growth has been driven by the strong performance of its core range, including its Great Taste award winning Kimchi and Sauerkraut, as well as NPD, including its Hot & Sweet Jalapeno Relish, which was recently crowned Champion at The Grocer New Product & Packaging Awards in the Condiment category.
Sales are continuing to soar in line with more consumers looking for food that’s good for the gut, and that is absolutely delicious too! We have lots more exciting things to come in 2024, so watch this space…
