We are delighted to welcome Hayley Kingdom on board as The Compleat Food Group’s first Chief People Officer, as we continue to invest in our industry leading culture.
Hayley brings over 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles across the FMCG industry. She spent several years in senior HR roles at Tesco and most recently, held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Burton’s Biscuits, where she led the people strategy for the group.
Hayley is passionate about building a positive, collaborative culture and in her new role, she will lead on the delivery of our people strategy and further enhancing our culture across all our sites.
On joining the group, Hayley said: “The Compleat Food Group has such a fascinating range of brands and great products and a diverse mix of people across lots of locations. I am excited to join the business at such a key time in the company’s growth and look forward to meeting all of our great people across the group.
