We’ve been celebrating this year’s National Graduate Week (17th – 21st October 2022) at The Compleat Food Group.
We believe in providing our next generation of food leaders with the chance to progress and learn on the job, which is why we’re so passionate about our Graduate Scheme. Our graduates are the future of our business and at the heart of our core purpose; to be a great place to work for our colleagues and first choice supplier for our customers.
During National Graduate Week, our Early Careers and Talent Advisor Natasha Martin attended the Graduate Recruitment Fair at Nottingham Trent University along with two members of this year’s Graduate Scheme, Laura Twite and Ashleigh Ward who shared their insights on what working life on the graduate fast track is like at Compleat.
We also decided to spotlight some of our other new graduates to learn how they’re finding our Graduate Scheme:
“Food manufacturing is about creating innovative solutions to global challenges, environmental issues and supply chain concerns. Working with Compleat is allowing me to develop key skills such as logical reasoning, effective communication, creativity, collaboration, and leadership” – Jaanvi Juneja, Financial Graduate
“There is a real emphasis on support and training throughout the scheme which is incredible. It’s a great place for new graduates to ease into the workplace and start growing their career at a large well-established national company.” – Alice Jackson, HR Graduate
“I’ve only been here for a short time and I already feel like I’m thriving. This programme has provided me with a challenging and supportive work environment which has allowed me to build confidence, knowledge and relationships in a professional and personal capacity.” – George Buckwell, Operations Graduate
If you’re a University Student or a recent Graduate with an interest in the food industry and are looking to take your first steps into an exciting career, then our Graduate Scheme could be the right fit for you. Learn more here.
