National Graduate Week at Compleat

We’ve been celebrating this year’s National Graduate Week (17^th – 21^st October 2022) at The Compleat Food Group.

We believe in providing our next generation of food leaders with the chance to progress and learn on the job, which is why we’re so passionate about our Graduate Scheme.  Our graduates are the future of our business and at the heart of our core purpose; to be a great place to work for our colleagues and first choice supplier for our customers.

During National Graduate Week, our Early Careers and Talent Advisor Natasha Martin attended the Graduate Recruitment Fair at Nottingham Trent University along with two members of this year’s Graduate Scheme, Laura Twite and Ashleigh Ward who shared their insights on what working life on the graduate fast track is like at Compleat.

We also decided to spotlight some of our other new graduates to learn how they’re finding our Graduate Scheme:
