In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records across the factory, ensuring robust governance and compliance to meet both business and customer requirements. Your contribution will play a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Fridays 08:00-15:30.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Ensure training matrices and electronic files including on the Learning Management System are accurately maintained and meet the needs of audit standards and customer requirements for area of responsibility
  • Supports lead training coordinator in actively driving completion of training across – including SOPs and technical procedures within the factory.
  • Ensures reporting structures are in place that drive action and demonstrate compliance (completion rates, training hours, no shows etc) escalating to Heads of Departments – Factory and HR where non-compliance is met
  • Develops and reports training KPI’s on weekly and monthly basis as agreed
  • Provide accurate reporting to factory and departmental heads on completion rates of training with a forecast of next 6 months
  • Delivery of site inductions for all new starters including face to face and online elements, including preparation of paperwork, passes and system log In details
  • Support in the delivery of induction refreshers
  • Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams to ensure correct balance of compliance (not overwhelming for operations – but maintains compliance)
  • Support the build of electronic learning system for the site including uploading SOP’s, revisioning, creating curriculum, creating assignments, assigning learning, creating learning calendars and creating reports

Experience:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ideally previous experience in LMS administration
  • Excellent level of IT skills (e.g. word/excel/PowerPoint/outlook)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships external & internal colleagues.
  • Proactive nature, willing to learn quickly and to take new challenges.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
