We’re growing fast—and as we bring more great food businesses into the TCFG family, we need a skilled Business Integration Manager to ensure each acquisition is seamlessly integrated into our digital and IT ecosystem.
This role is perfect for a confident IT leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and is passionate about creating consistency, efficiency, and value through integration.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital & AI Strategy Director, you’ll lead the full IT integration process for newly acquired businesses. You’ll shape integration strategy, manage system migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure all IT operations align with TCFG standards—while protecting business continuity.
You’ll be the connector between acquisition teams, IT, external partners, and functional leads across the organisation.
