International Sourcing Manager – Italy or Spain (UK-Based)

Hybrid Role – Travel to Redhill (Near Gatwick UK) and Internationally to either Italy or Spain

We’re looking for two International Sourcing Manager's to oversee key manufacturing partner relationships across either Italy or Spain, while being based in the UK. This is a high-profile role shaping the future of our outsourced supply network – strengthening key partnerships, safeguarding supply, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Build & Lead Strategic Supplier Relationships
Develop deep, trusted, week-to-week engagement with major European partners – driving transparency, operational alignment, performance improvements and long-term collaboration.
Champion Customer Service Excellence
Act as the crucial link between suppliers, retail and food-service customers and internal teams, ensuring consistent service levels, clear communication and seamless availability.
Gain Real Operational Insight
Undertake detailed on-site (in the assigned country) operational assessments to understand supplier capability, identify risks, and work with partners to implement fast, effective solutions.
Ensure Technical Alignment
Collaborate closely with our outsourced technical teams and supplier specialists to verify compliance, technical readiness and continuous capability uplift.
Integrate Across the Supply Chain
Understand full end-to-end supply requirements, ensuring all suppliers can reliably deliver on quality, quantity, timelines and business growth expectations.
Bring Forecasts to Life
Translate demand plans into executable supply strategies, addressing gaps proactively and ensuring future readiness.
Travel Across Europe Weekly
Spend meaningful time on-site with suppliers in Italy or Spain – building the strong, strategic relationships needed to unlock mutual success (You must be fluent in either Italian or Spanish)
Lead High-Impact Supplier Meetings
Facilitate regular performance, innovation and continuous improvement sessions that support business goals and drive high operational standards.
Proven expertise in supplier relationship management within chilled food manufacturing
Demonstrable success in quickly building and influencing trusted strategic supplier partnerships
A confident, proactive and self-starting approach, comfortable with weekly overseas travel
Strong data analytics capability and the ability to translate insight into action
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and raising the bar
Experience in business improvement and project management
