We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hygiene Administrator to join our Riverside Bakery Team.

Admin role tasks

  1. Daily/weekly paperwork check/filing for audit compliance
  2. Inputting daily Hygiene KPI information
  3. Internal/External audit action issuing, logging & tracking
  4. Daily Kronos queries, holiday/absence logging & weekly manning plan
  5. Training matrix updating, Brief issuing & sign off returns
  6. Consumable & chemical ordering
  7. Consumable/Chemical stock control (saving through how its issued)
  8. CIC/Risk Assessment continuous amending against task
  9. Competency audit issuing, logging & tracking
  10. Department spend tracking
  11. Plus additional ad-hoc tasks set by manager
