Who Are We Looking For?

Our IGNITE Leadership Programme is open to anyone with either a degree in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Business related subject or have recently completed a relevant degree/higher level apprenticeship (gained within the last 3 years). We want to hear from people from all backgrounds – so long as you possess a passion for food and learning, a desire to make a positive impact and align with our company values. If you’re motivated to grow with us and help shape the future of our buying strategy, we want to hear from you.

Degree/Equivalent in Buying/Procurement, Supply Chain or Business or related : Strong academic background with a minimum/equivalent 2:1 degree.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Commitment: Commitment to the two-year scheme and to continue your professional qualifications with the business.
Communication Skills: Articulate and confident in presenting ideas and information to all levels.
Integrity: Somebody who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking
Team Player: Collaborative friendly attitude with a willingness to work part of a team, learning and growing and having fun whilst doing it.
Flexible: Our opportunity will see you work across a number of our UK locations both day to day and for fixed periods (Which could include being based from any of our UK manufacturing sites. The role is not guaranteed to be based from Nottingham.

What does IGNITE offer you?

Rotational Placements – During the 2-year scheme you will experience placements across our Procurement department (Ingredients, Packaging, Indirect) to help you develop a broad Buying and Procurement skill set and find where your passion lie. These placements might be based from any one of our manufacturing sites across the UK.
Career Progression: We are committed to your professional development and offer clear pathways for career advancement into management and leadership.
Qualifications: We will fully fund further Prince2 qualifications to help give you all the knowledge and skills needed to accelerate your career in Procurement and Projects
Mentorship & Support: Learn from our expert business leaders and a dedicated career’s team who will guide you every step of the way.
Tailored Programme: You will join our tailored programme that will give you real responsibilities, opportunities to make your mark and additional projects to help you excel.
Travel: Access to our 16 manufacturing sites for training and skills sessions and undertake targeted group projects including Environmental or Sustainability projects with your fellow graduate future leaders.
Dynamic Work Environment: Work in an agile, fast-paced, collaborative setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions really do make a difference
