We successfully launched our Graduate program back in 2022 offering industry leading Graduate placements across our business. Providing new skills, securing promotions and fast-track placements into Management and Leadership roles across our fast-growing group.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our IGNITE Leadership Programme is open to anyone with either a degree in a finance or business subject or have recently completed a  relevant degree/higher level apprenticeship (gained within the last 3 years). We want to hear from people from all backgrounds – so long as you possess a passion for learning, a desire to make a positive impact and align with our company values. If you’re motivated to grow with us and help shape our future, we want to hear from you.

• Degree/Equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business: Strong academic background with a minimum/equivalent 2:1 degree.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Commitment: Commitment to the three-year scheme and to continue your professional qualifications with the business. 
• Communication Skills: Articulate and confident in presenting ideas and information to all levels.
• Integrity: Somebody who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking
• Team Player: Collaborative friendly attitude with a willingness to work part of a team, learning and growing and having fun whilst doing it.
• Flexible: Our opportunity will see you work across a number of our UK locations both day to day and for fixed periods (Which could include being based from any of our UK manufacturing sites. The role is not guaranteed to be based from Nottingham.
• Driving Licence

 

What does IGNITE offer you?

• Rotational Placements – During the 3-year scheme you will experience 3 placements across our Finance teams (Commercial, Operations and Control) to help you develop a broad financial skill set and find where your passion lie. These placements might be based from any one of our manufacturing sites across the UK.

• Qualifications: We will fully fund a CIMA qualification, to help give you all the knowledge and skills needed to accelerate your career in Finance.

• Tailored Programme: You will join our tailored finance programme that will give you real responsibilities, opportunities to make your mark and additional projects to help you excel.
• Travel: Access to our 16 manufacturing sites for training and skills sessions and undertake targeted group projects including Environmental or Sustainability projects with your fellow graduate future leaders.

•            A Competitive starting salary of £30,000 rising to £32,000 in year two, with further salary increases moving into year three.

Shortlisting, Video Interviews and Selection will be carried out through March and April – should you be successfully selected for an assessment centre day this will be held in Derby, during week commencing 28th April 2025, no other assessment centre dates will be available.  The deadline for applications is 04/04/2025

If successful, the scheme will start week commencing Monday 15th September 2025 – you must be available for these dates.
