JOB TITLE:                    Coldstore Operative 

LOCATION:                   Coldstore and Warehouse                         

REPORTING TO:           Logistics Controller 

Job Purpose:    

To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the operations within the Coldstore and the surrounding areas. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. 

  1. Receiving raw chilled and frozen materials in from suppliers following the company procedures.  

  1. Issuing chilled and frozen materials from the Coldstore using the raw material requirement sheets and recording this information onto Tropos system.  

  1. Receiving chilled and frozen materials from the factory back in to the Coldstore following the company procedures.  

  1. Receiving finished goods from factories and receive to Coldstore in a timely manner not exceeding 30 minutes. 

  1. Receive and dispatch goods ensuring full case counts are conducted accurately using vehicle load sheets. 

  1. 3 Monthly stock checks.  

  1. Perpetual stock checks by location.  

  1. Ensure that all health and safety requirements are adhered including good housekeeping including the yard/bay areas. 

  1. Reporting any discrepancies to stock control. 

  1. Ensure Allergens are controlled and stored correctly. 

  1. Any other reasonable duties requested by the Logistics Controller.
