As a Category Graduate you will start your journey with us working at our Tottle site, gaining a wide range of skills and knowledge within the department. Throughout your scheme can expect to:

• Work within a fast paced and exciting Category department.
• Gain real hands-on experience within data and customer insights.
• Be involved with and lead on a number of projects within Category.
• Get involved in group wide projects to expand your wider business knowledge.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for exceptional and energetic graduates to join our Category team. To apply, you will have graduated within the last two years and will be passionate and a career within Category. You will be flexible to travel and work around our various sites and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, thrive on new experiences and will be passionate about getting involved in our ESG and volunteering programmes.
