An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Supply Chain & Finance team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. Whether you are starting out in your career or looking for a change, our apprenticeship can offer you a great start within The Compleat Food.

What will you be doing?

• Provide assistance to our supply chain and accounts teams with order processing.
• Assist our accounts payable function – scanning and indexing invoices, assigning to managers for authorisation etc.
• Assist with routine and adhoc administrative tasks.
• Supporting our production teams and distributing our daily reports.
• Support the implementation of our Docuware system.
• Responding to queries.
• Provide purchase orders on request and check all orders have been authorised prior to being raised.
• Provide absence cover for reception area and for other team members.
