Accounts Receivable Supervisor

As our Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of 8 credit controllers across 5 locations, ensuring smooth operations and financial excellence. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 2 days a week, while embracing the opportunity to visit our sites monthly and lead our Accounts Receivable function with precision and passion.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!

Your Duties Will Include:

• Hold weekly 121s with team member reviewing volume statistics, performance, and issues along with all aspects of people management including objective setting, resourcing, appraisals and training
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews across all team processes
• Drive team effort to collect aged debt including working with the business to resolve issues
• Reconciling the Accounts Receivable ledgers for the group and produce reporting on aged debt and debit notes
• Port of call for customer account escalations when Accounts Receivable team members need support or direction
• Ownership of customer account set up including ensuring appropriate checks have been performed
• Lead the transformation of Accounts Receivable focusing on process improvement
• Ad hoc work as required

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Managerial experience within an Accounts Receivable position
• Effectively manage teams and projects in multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration
• Maintain a sharp focus on the finer details to deliver exceptional quality and results
• Have the ability to build strong relationships through clear, confident, and engaging communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Improve workflows, increase productivity, and support new solutions
