Join our IT Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a 1st Line IT Engineer to join our innovative and rapidly growing IT team in Nottingham.
In this role you will be supporting the business by owning issues raised through the Service Desk system from issue identification to resolution.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 09:30 – 18:00 and Fridays 09.:30-17:00 – who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday!
Your Duties Will Include:
- Ability to diagnose issues, apply a 1st time fix or escalate to a resolver team.
- Experienced in working with Service Desk tools or similar workload management products.
- Broad experience of acting as a Point of Contact for service-related questions.
- Experience of working in a multi-site environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of engaging with multiple stakeholders and prioritise activity accordingly
- Demonstrable experience of ownership of key customer issues / problems and the ability to follow up the status of escalations on behalf of the Asst Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Manager and the Customers
- Communicate progress in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- A Level qualifications or equivalent is desirable.
- IT qualification desirable.
